Delta Bass
A remarkably versatile deep-water jigging rod, this powerful rod's 7’4” length delivers increased tip speed, longer casts and more positive hook sets. It works extremely well for Carolina-rigged worms, pitching jigs in close or even light-duty flipping. If weeds are the dominant cover in your lake, you will appreciate the magnum power of the MBR 744 for pulling big bass out of the thick stuff. Anglers heading for South America really like this rod for peacock bass and other oversized exotics. Its saltwater uses are fairly limited, but anglers chucking lures for big snook, redfish or small tarpon will find it more than sufficient. Freshwater stripers, northerns, muskies, and even salmon can be taken with this rod, but mainly it is a serious big bass tool.

The finesse technique of dropshotting is exceptionally effective for the most finicky fish. This rod was initially intended for the dropshot technique, but has expanded to Ned Rigs, Shaky Heads, Finesse Swimbaits, and Neko Rigs. When light tackle and graceful presentations are the name of the game – our dropshot rods answer the call. The tip of the rod is very light for setting the hook with lightwire hooks and with a couple of quick turns of the reel, the rod takes care of the rest. The carbon fiber grips allow the angler to “see” underwater for the most subtle, finicky bites – leaving nothing to chance.
Delta Bass
Just when you think you’ve got everything covered, somebody invents a new technique or revives an old one. In this case, it is a little bit of both. Caroline-rigged plastic worms require a bit longer rod to handle the long leaders associated with the technique, while deep-water jig fishing is much easier with a long rod because it increases the leverage during the hook set and moves more line. The 723 is excellent for both applications. Not to mention the new oversized crankbaits that anglers have incorporated to reach deep ridges and mid-lake humps. While you want a lighter tip to allow the plug to wobble enticingly, you also want a little extra backbone to handle the larger baits like the ⅝ ounce Fat Free Shad or the big Bombers. It is a matter of leverage, and this rod makes the job a lot easier.

Inshore
One of our most versatile warmwater light casting rods, the ISR 662 has a fast taper for a more positive hook set and greater casting distance. The length provides better line and lure control, especially in deep water, where slack line may cost you a fish. It is a good choice for fishing minnow baits like the Long-A and Rapala, and the preferred rod for split-shotting worms and grubs. For walleye and bass, this is a good light spinnerbait and crankbait rod. It doubles nicely for a lot of light saltwater uses, too, including redfish, specks, small snapper and even permit, with more than enough power to handle the occasional lunker.
Inshore
A fast-action, medium-light-power casting rod designed to fish bottom bounce rigs. Built with high-modulus graphite for maximum sensitivity and weight reduction, this rod also excels at fishing jigs, inline spinners and crawler harness rigs. If you find yourself in situations where you want to cast jigs to visible structure, this rod is a great choice.

Pelagic
This is a great light-line stand-up rod for species like stripers, blues and albacore. A good choice if you are going for a line-class record, it is soft enough to protect light line, yet still has the power to handle oversized fish. Considered by many to be one of the top kingfish rods in the business, it is also liked by freshwater anglers going for small to medium-sized sturgeon or catfish. Last but not least, it makes a good all-purpose rod for trolling lures with downriggers or side-planers out on the Great Lakes or the ocean.
Pelagic
A great all-around, light-duty, offshore stand-up rod for a wide variety of species, including school-size yellowfin, bluefin and albacore. It has just the right action for “fly lining” bait, yet has plenty of lifting power to handle sailfish or small marlin. Good for casting to big cobia, too. Freshwater anglers like it for small to medium-size sturgeon and big catfish with bottom rigs. Fits the bill for stripers and bluefish as well.
