Warranty Policy

Providing complete confidence, all EDGE rods have a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original registered owner. If an EDGE rod is broken for any reason, the solution is to repair or replace it quickly and without any hassle to get anglers back on the water. We will repair or replace, at no cost, any product damaged due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects. The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, theft, accidents, or abuse; however, for a fee we will swiftly provide product repairs.

You can purchase a no fault ONE time replacement extended warranty at the time of purchase for $125.

You DO NOT need to register your rod for warranty. We sell direct and keep a history of your purchase!

If you are unsatisfied with your rod for any reason we will take it back with no questions asked within the first 120 days.

From 120 days to 360 days we will repair/replace your rod for $75 + Shipping ($35 Domestic / $75 Canada)

For claims 360 days and older:

Tip section rebuilds (or mid/third sections if Fly Rods) are $75, Butt Section Rebuilds are $125, (including fly rods) One piece rod replacement if you did not purchase an extended warranty is $180 for Black Widow Models, and $150 for First Strike Models. (The quotes above do not include shipping, $35 Domestic and $75 Canada)

Shipping policy

Items that are listed as “In Stock” without a quantity next to them may be backordered. If this is the case, an ETA will appear in the cart during the checkout process as to the lead-time (typically 3-5 weeks)

Items that are listed as “In Stock” WITH a quantity next to them, typically ship within a week of the order being placed. These timelines may extend during sales, promotions, and holidays.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping. While we will try to pay attention to the notes in the delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow them.
