If you fish large surface lures and medium-size crankbaits, you will want a CBG 754. It is a great rod for deep-diving lures like a Fat Free Shad or Wiggle Wart, and it’ll throw a Rattle Trap the proverbial country mile. Stout enough to handle spinnerbaits and large buzzbaits, this rod also crosses over nicely for most light saltwater flats applications, including reds, bonefish, permit and sea trout.
