The ISR 706 is a nice choice for pitching small iron or live bait to small tuna, yellowtail or calico bass if you’re a West Coast angler. Right Coasters will find it well suited for albacore, stripers, small grouper or cobia. It is lightweight in every sense of the word, but surprisingly powerful.
